Pop star Tom has died at the age of 33 after a battle with brain cancer.
Kelsey, 33, recently revealed she is now “in a better place” mentally – and believes new man Will was “sent” to her by the All Time Low hitmaker.
She went Instagram official with a tree surgeon over the weekend.

They were spotted filling up their car at a garage in Bexleyheath before picking up some tasty treats from M&S Food.
Kelsey looked cozy in an orange, pink and green knit cardigan teamed with black pants and a dark top.
She finished off her look with comfy loafers and a nude bag, leaving her blonde hair in a naturally straight style.
She was without makeup, accessorizing herself with huge gold earrings.
Kelsey stared lovingly into Will’s eyes as they walked to the car.

The tree surgeon, dressed in a black top and blue skinny jeans, looked just as dashing as he took the lead.
Hunky Will has been a big part of Kelsey’s life for the past few months.
An insider said: “Will and Kelsey really hit it off earlier this year and he has been incredibly supportive.
“He helped her at a recent charity football game for Tom Parker and attended other events with him.
The most common symptoms of brain tumors
More than 12,000 Britons are diagnosed with a primary brain tumor each year – around half of which are cancerous – and 5,300 die.
The disease is the deadliest cancer in children and adults under 40, according to the Brain Tumor Charity.
Brain tumors shorten life expectancy by an average of 27 years, and only 12 percent of adults survive five years after diagnosis.
There are two main types, with non-cancerous benign tumors growing more slowly and less likely to return after treatment.
Cancerous malignant brain tumors can start in the brain or spread there from other places in the body and are more likely to come back.
Brain tumors can cause headaches, seizures, nausea, vomiting and memory problems, according to the NHS.
They can also lead to personality changes, weakness or paralysis on one side, and problems with speech or vision.
The nine most common symptoms are:
- Headaches
- Attacks
- Feeling of nausea
- Be ill
- Memory problems
- Personality change
- Weakness or paralysis of one side of the body
- Vision problems
- Speech problems
If you are suffering from any of these symptoms, especially a headache that feels different from the ones you normally have, you should see your GP.

A DIFFICULT CHOICE
Kelsey recently revealed why she took off her wedding ring.
She told how it felt “really painful” to look down and see the band her late husband had given her – prompting her to make the heartbreaking decision.
Tom died in March 2022, two years after being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor known as glioblastoma multiforme.
Kelsey bravely raised their two girls, Aurelia and Bodhi, while grieving her childhood love.
