Before they became NFL stars, Jason and Travis Kelce were the cutest kids in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
Amid the brothers’ newfound fame as Travis, 34, continues his budding romance with Taylor Swift, photos of the Ohio natives’ babies have gone viral on social media.
In the adorable photos, which were shared on Travis’ Instagram account in 2013, Jason (35) and his younger brother are shown as married babies next to each other. On the left, Jason is shown holding a soccer ball while Travis in a red pullover walks toward the camera.
In his caption on a September 19, 2013 post, Travis wrote, “#KELCE vs #KELCE….I may not be playing tonight against my brother but who are you all taking to the #BabyKelceBrawl?”
Travis did not play in the 2013 game due to a knee injury, but the Chiefs still managed a 26-16 victory over Jason’s Philadelphia Eagles.

A decade later, the brothers faced off in the 2023 Super Bowl, dubbed the “Kelce Bowl” by NFL fans at the time.
Before the big game in February, Jason and Travis’ mom Donna Kelce shared exclusive throwback photos with PEOPLE of the NFL star’s childhood.
At the time, Donna told PEOPLE that she and their father, Ed Kelce, “didn’t know what sport they were going to choose” to play professionally, as both Jason and Travis “were very good at a lot of sports.”

According to Donna, both excelled in football, baseball, lacrosse, soccer, basketball and baseball as children.
Jason also explored wrestling in his younger years, Donna said. I think Jason liked lacrosse the best and Travis liked basketball, she recalled.
Another childhood photo of the Kelces shows a young Travis — now a tight end with the Kansas City Chiefs — dressed head-to-toe in Browns gear as he stands next to Jason, now of the Philadelphia Eagles, who is casually dressed in blue jeans, a red T-shirt and a windbreaker outside the family’s home .

Donna said that both Jason and Travis are equally competitive and always have been.
“They don’t like to lose,” she said. “That’s why they’re the professionals they are. It’s about giving it your all. When you think you’ve got nothing left in the tank, you push harder and find out how far you can stretch.”
Jumping forward a few years, the boys are shown wearing the uniforms of Cleveland Heights High School, where their football dreams began to become a reality.

Donna has fond memories of taking the boys to competitions during their pre-NFL careers. “My favorite games were the Bearcat games at the University of Cincinnati, just because of my time with my parents,” she said.
“You’re with those kids and parents for five years,” Donna explained. “No one changes, no one quits and goes to another school. You’re just with these people on the road, in the rain and cold, snow and sleet and everything else. And you’re very close to these individuals.”
