Travis Kelce opens up about some of his new celebrity friends.
In the finale of the second season of the series New heights with Jason and Travis Kelce podcast, the brothers talked about Travis, 34, who made his Eras Tour debut on stage, before talking about who else was in the audience during Taylor Swift’s London shows last month.
Jason, 36, mentioned that Hugh Grant texted Swift, 34, after attending the second show at Wembley Stadium on June 22 with his 8-year-old daughter and wife Anna Eberstein.
“Dear @taylorswift13, you have an amazing show, an amazing and welcoming team, and a great, if huge, boyfriend (#tequilashots.),” Grant, 63, posted on X (formerly known as Twitter), adding: “Thank you so much from an old boy from London, wife and delighted 8 year old #halfgirlhalfbracelet.”
“It was pretty crazy to see Hugh Grant just walking around this tent,” Jason admitted on the podcast.

“I mean, it wasn’t just Hugh. It was Tom Cruise. It was Ashton Kutcher… Mila [Kunis],” Travis pointed out, adding that Liam Hemsworth was also in the packed VIP tent. “Liam was in that thing, dude. It’s so great. Aussies are so much fun to be around, aren’t they?” he continued.

“They know how to have fun. That’s for damn sure,” Jason commented and Travis continued, “I’ve been lucky enough to meet him and his brother this offseason, and they both just didn’t disappoint. They just seem like the coolest guys.”
“Everybody was having fun in that tent. Let me tell you. It’s partly like Hugh had his eight-year-old in there,” Jason recalled. “As kids inside mixed with adults acting like kids, it just leads to this energy that’s so contagious.”

“It really just comes down to the magic of the show in general and the energy,” Jason said.
“It was amazing. And the kids that were there, like, knew every single word to every single song,” Travis said.
Jason commented on the energy Swift and her fellow performers bring to the stage, saying it’s special to have such different ages enjoying the same music. “It really just wins you over,” he said.

After mentioning that Greta Gerwig was also at the show in London, Travis opened up about meeting Julia Roberts at the third and final show in Dublin on June 30. “That was pretty cool, she was great,” the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback recalled. “She and Stevie Nicks were in there having a little fun.”
“She’s, I mean, what everyone makes her out to be. She’s just so, so great,” Travis said of the Fleetwood Mac singer-songwriter.
He added: “Some of these people you meet and you’re just like, ‘I don’t know what I’m doing here.’ ”
