Twinkle auditioned for the film along with 160 other girls from India and in the final round, Twinkle was selected. At that time, Twinkle had no idea that she would be starring in the Telugu film ‘RRR’ (2022). She plays the role of Malli in the film along with famous South Indian actors NT Rama Rao Jr. and Ram Charan. She has also appeared in some TV shows on StarPlus, Nickelodeon and And TV.
