The American football player is the 10th wide receiver (WR) of the Miami Dolphins. Hill was selected by the Kansas City Chiefs in the 2016 NFL Draft. However, medical examinations revealed that the boy’s arm was broken by accident, most likely due to a fall. On July 9, the full unedited audio recording of Hill accusing Espinal of lying about a previous domestic violence incident in 2014 and breaking their son’s arm was released.

The NFL issued a statement on July 19 of that year, stating that Hill would not be banned because there was no evidence that he had violated the personal conduct standard. They also said that if new evidence emerges, the incident will be re-examined.

Tyreek Hill was arrested on December 12, 2014 on suspicion of assaulting his then 20-year-old pregnant girlfriend Crystal Espinal. According to police documents, the two got into an argument, and Hill punched Espinal in the face and stomach, threw her around “like a rag doll” and strangled her.
