USHA SANGWAN was born in 1958 (63 years old; as of 2021) and was Punjab. She received primary education from the government model middle school of Changdigal. USHA has a bachelor’s degree in economics (honor) at the University of Economics (honor) at the University of Changdigar Panjab. 37 -year -long term
When USHA joined LIC in 1981 as a direct recruiter, she was only 23 years old. She worked in the company for 37 years. During the early time of LIC, USHA was the only female official in the marketing department in all 112 departments. She was a member committee of the National Insurance Academy, the Education Director of the Indian Insurance Institute, and the chairman of the LIC HFL Care Homes LTD. In November 2013, Ms. SANGWAN was transferred to the Indian Insurance Giant’s command stick and was appointed as the managing director of the Indian Life Insurance Corporation (LIC). Since then, she is recognized as the first main lady of LIC.
