In 2017, Vaishnavi Vithhal Phalke participated in the 7th Indian Junior Hockey Women’s National Championship in Ramanathapuram, her first junior national championship. In 2019, she participated in the 9th Indian Junior Hockey Women’s National Championship held in Kollam, Kerala. After performing well at the National Junior Championships, she was selected for the Indian Junior Training Camp. In 2021, she represented the Indian Women’s Junior Hockey Team in the International Hockey Federation Women’s Junior Hockey World Cup in Potchefstroom, South Africa, where the Indian team finished fourth. In September 2022, she was selected for the national senior training camp after three years of service on the junior hockey team. In 2021, Vaishnavi Vithhal Phalke was announced as the captain of the 20-member Indian junior women’s ice hockey team for the 2021 U-23 Five Nations Championship in Dublin, Ireland. She also represented Indian Oil Women’s Hockey in 2023 and won the title in the finals of the 3rd Hockey India National Inter-Divisional Championship held in New Delhi.
In the same year, Vaishnavi Vittal Phalke was selected into the Indian hockey team to participate in the 19th Asian Games held in Hangzhou, China. The Indian hockey team defeated Japan with a score of 2-1 to win the bronze medal in this tournament.
In the same year, Vaishnavi Vittal Falk also participated in the Women’s Youth Asian Cup held in Kakamigahara, Japan, where the Indian team won the final.
