The police went to the place around 11:18 p.m. on Friday, May 5, when the incident occurred. After arriving on the scene, two people were reportedly found screaming on the sidewalk. A 47-year-old woman and a 49-year-old man were arrested.
Police records identified Brown as Clark’s friend, while Clark was identified as the girl. Police claimed the couple was under the influence of alcohol. They were later taken to the Warren County Regional Jail, where they faced charges of disorderly conduct in the second degree and also charges of consumption of alcohol in a public place.
