Because she refused to let go of the finger with her teeth, the victim repeatedly grabbed her by the hair and punched her, drawing blood.

Shocked delivery mums tried to separate the scrapers as shocked teachers pulled down classroom blinds to prevent pupils from witnessing the scenes.

Officers today questioned claims the row started because they were rival nail technicians – and trashed each other’s designs over social media.

Finger bite victim Sophie Mckay, 32, said: “It was unbelievable. It was all about the nails.

“I dropped my eight-year-old daughter when that woman Aliyah just charged towards us.

“She punched my sister right in the mouth, then grabbed us both on the ground and started biting my finger.

“I screamed at the teacher to help me.

“I was truly convinced that my finger was going to fall off in her mouth.

“She bit me so hard.”

She continued: “All this was in front of the children as they entered the classrooms. Everyone was screaming.

“It all started because another nail technician was concerned about me moving to a trade in the same area.

“She called me, “fat, mangy, sassy bitch” online. I didn’t have that – but I didn’t expect him to try to bite my finger off.”

The crash happened in Darlaston, West Midlands [at Pinfold Street Primary School] October 8.

Sophie suffered nerve damage to two fingers and had to receive a tetanus shot and receive antibiotics.

The police were called and took statements, but no one was arrested.

The recording was not shared on social networks.
