Abe Sanchez from Hell’s Kitchen 2022 (Season 21) has been in business for over ten years.

Unique chef Abe is all set to join the upcoming season of Hell’s Kitchen. He was born and raised on the east side of Houston. He’s the executive chef of Kitchen Monster Creations, a company that prepares healthy meals. For more than 10 years as a chef, he has held positions such as Assistant Chef, Executive Chef, General Manager and Regional Executive Chef at prestigious restaurants. It mainly contributes to the creation and redesign of the menu, as well as to the improvement of the customer’s dining experience and the quality of the restaurant’s dishes.

His passion for cooking did not begin in childhood. In fact, when he was young, he wasn’t allowed in the kitchen until it was time to eat. According to his website, chefabesanchez.com, he stated:

“I can’t claim to have grown up in the kitchen with my parents like other chefs.” Mom was usually in the kitchen and I was always kicked out. I have to wait until picnic time. I am fortunate to have a superior who allows me to do what I want. I was able to work with a variety of culinary genres and establish my own unique palette.”

Abe succeeded in various jobs in his twenties, but “lost focus on them.” However, he was determined to reach the top. He wanted to “find something to do, it’s time to start a business” at the age of 30.

People often tell him that his brisket and crab are the best they’ve ever eaten. Abe from Hell’s Kitchen then chose to attend a cooking school. The reality show contestant immediately fell in love with his job and embarked on a groundbreaking adventure in the culinary world. According to his website:

“In the cooking school and every kitchen I worked in, I was a Rock Star.” I gave myself ten years to become an executive chef, but I exceeded my expectations and became one in two.”

Despite having ADHD and dyslexia, he never let his condition get in the way of his abilities. “He doesn’t read many books” because they “take too long to read”. He learned most of what he knew “in the kitchen”.

According to a Hell’s Kitchen contestant:

“I can make a million different sauces using a million different methods, but I don’t know what they’re called.” I’m often asked what I’m doing and I always answer ‘I’m just working’. I could build an entire restaurant menu out of that.”
