Who Is Amy Corbett From “LEGO Masters: Celebrity Holiday Bricktacular”?

LEGO Masters: Celebrity Holiday Bricktacular, Fox’s three-part lego-filled holiday special, will begin on December 19 and run for three nights, concluding on December 21. The event will involve celebrities teaming up with past competitors and fans from prior seasons of the program to raise money for a charity of their choosing. Will Arnett will host the show, while bricklayers Amy Corbett and Jamie Berard will serve as judges.

Fox’s press announcement for the program reads as:

Amy Corbett has been working for The LEGO Group for the previous nine years and presently holds the post of senior design manager since August 2019. She was the creative lead of The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part. The term “responsibility” refers to the act of determining whether or not a person is responsible for his or her own actions.

Amy Corbett will appear as one of the brick masters in the holiday program LEGO Masters: Celebrity Holiday Bricktacular.

The designer has worked as a judge on LEGO Masters America from its start and is originally from Glasgow, Scotland. She is a Glasgow School of Art graduate who studied product design and engineering. Amy commented on her studies in an interview with Oprah Daily in August 2021 and stated:

“When I was in school, I liked doing art and design, but I also enjoyed arithmetic. I was like, fantastic, I am going to do it.”

The LEGO Masters: Celebrity Vacation Bricktacular She would like to work on mechanical projects and give her artistic touch to them, which led her to conclude that her “calling was in toys or fun design.” Amy presently resides in Denmark, where she relocated when she first began working for the LEGO Group in August 2013 as a senior designer.
