She attended Agoura High School in Agoura Hills, California, and graduated from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Myers continued her studies at Bond University in Australia, where she earned a master’s degree in criminology. She and her sister, Misha Myers Gillingham, were stationed in Santa Barbara before she met Hollingsworth.
