Stephen placed second in the television talent contest Star Search in 2003 and made it all the way to the semifinals of MTV’s The Wade Robson Project. He helped train other YG Entertainment singers like Big Bang and created routines for South Korean pop/R&B singer Seven. He made an uncredited “flamboyant dancer” appearance in Blades of Glory in 2007 as a Maybelle’s Store Dancer in Hairspray. Boss was chosen to play Marcel X in the upcoming superhero film Perfectus, and he later appeared in the feature film Ushers.
