Meghan McCain won’t be competing for the mirror ball trophy anytime soon.

I just don’t want to humiliate myself publicly, she explained. “I’m a terrible dancer and I don’t do reality TV. The amount of reality TV from me would blow your mind. I always think, what does it say about my personality that I would be good on this platform? I’d be quite shy myself.”

The daughter of the late senator John McCain (39) admitted that she would earn a considerable sum by participating in the show. She then shared that her friend Clay Aiken had told her how much he had earned during his tenure Masked singer.

“It’s like I have to learn to sing or dance. I have to develop a skill, a talent,” she said, before alluding to being offered a place at Special forces: the toughest test in the world.

McCain added that her disdain for reality TV was also influenced by her career.

“I don’t do reality TV because there’s still a little window in my life where I want to run at some point, and you can’t do both. You just can’t. It’s just not serious,” she explained. “Come to me if I’m starving on the street and if I have some financial problems, but I’m fine.”

Although fans may not see McCain DWTS soon the competitive dance show will have its fair share of political contestants, including Bristol Palin and Sean Spicer.
