A WOMAN was allegedly raped in a supermarket toilet after a man followed her.
The alleged assault took place in the ladies’ toilets of the Tesco supermarket on Bridge Road in Sheerness, Kent, on October 1 between 1.37pm and 2.19pm.

According to the woman, she was followed to the toilet by a man who sexually assaulted her.
The man is described as Eastern European, aged in his 30s, 5ft 3in tall and wearing a blue tracksuit.
Detectives have appealed for information and witnesses are being urged to come forward.
Kent Police Inspector Samantha Stuart said: “We know from our initial inquiries and CCTV review that a number of people entered the toilet during this time, including a lady who helped the victim.
“I really want to speak to anyone who was in the supermarket at the time and who used the toilet between 1.37pm and 2.30pm.”
