WWE legend and Hollywood superstar Dave Bautista looks unrecognizable after his latest dramatic body transformation.

Bautista, 55, followed in the footsteps of fellow pro wrestling great Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson in the 2010s when he switched to acting, which he now pursues full-time after retiring from the ring in 2019.

The American appeared on the wrestling scene back in 2002 thanks to his gigantic frame when he debuted on SmackDown as Deacon Batista.

The legendary heavyweight then changed his name to Batista and won six world titles defeating wrestling greats such as John Cena, The Undertaker, Triple H, Randy Orton and many others.

For most of his wrestling career, the former WWE Champion weighed around 290lbs (21st), with his heaviest weight ever reaching a whopping 370lbs (26st).

However, the former heavyweight champion of the world lost everything for his latest appearance in The Killer’s Game, dropping to 240lbs (17st).

The Guardians of the Galaxy actor went on an intense diet a year and a half ago after finishing M. Night Shyamalan’s Knock at the Cabin.

The Marvel star revealed his incredible new physique on the red carpet and now looks completely different from the giant who set the wrestling world on fire in the 2000s.

Bautista told Chris Van Vliet: “I’m getting great at dressing up, this is probably the easiest of my 19 years.

“The heaviest I’ve ever been was 370lbs (26st). When I started Deacon I was around 325lbs (23st).

“For most of my wrestling career I was around 290 pounds (21st). Now I’m around 240 pounds (17th).

“And I went a year and a half ago for Knock at the Cabin, I weighed 315lbs (23st). And that’s when the nightmare started.
