A photo of a cute cat has gone viral on the internet after netizens noticed that something didn’t look right in the picture.

In June 2021, the image was uploaded to the Reddit community board r/confusing_perspective.
The post was titled “There’s something wrong with that shadow.”
The picture shows a white and brown cat sitting on a marble floor and looking in one direction.
From a distance, the cat appears to have a long black shadow stretching across the floor.
However, upon closer inspection, it seems that something unclear is going on.
Those with a keen eye may notice that the cat’s shadow is much brighter and shorter than it appears.
Instead, stretched out on the floor, it looks like a different cat.
Those who can spot a cat within seconds may have the eyes of a hawk.
Looking closely at the photo, you can see the pointy ears and fluffy tail of the black cat upwards.
Also, his tiny little paws can also be seen stretched far away.
Several Reddit users were shocked by the puzzle, with some saying it took them “too long” to realize that the picture was of two cats.
“NGL I really thought it was a shadow at first before I realized it was another cat,” wrote one.
“Well, it took me too long,” said another.
“Bruh, I think it was his ears! Good one!” a third announced as a fourth chimed in saying, “Huh, I was like yeah, something’s wrong with that shadow. I zoomed in and now I feel stupid.”
