The twelfth season of Halloween Wars is approaching and the host, Zak Bagans, describes it as the fiercest season ever. The event will feature nine teams competing for the $25,000 grand prize. All they have to do to win is make baked goods and pumpkins inspired by Zak’s ghost stories. Eddie Jackson, Shinmin Li and Aarti Sequeira will join him to determine who will win the $1,000 prize and be named the Halloween War Champion.
The program synopsis reads:
“The twelfth season of Halloween Wars is back, and the show is looking for daring and incredibly creative cake, sugar, and pumpkin masters to take on challenges inspired by ghost travels. haunted by ghost investigator Zak Bagans. Contestants from around the country showcased their skills in an attempt to win the grand prize of $25,000.”
Halloween Wars will air on the Food Network on Sunday, September 18 at 9:00 p.m. ET.
The latest installment of the Halloween War will be hosted by paranormal investigator Zak Bagans.
The twelfth season of Halloween Wars will be hosted by the actor, writer, TV personality, museum curator and master paranormal investigator. In 2007, Bagans co-created the independent documentary The Adventures of Ghosts with Nick Groff, a paranormal investigator and musician, and Aaron Goodwin. The Travel Channel later turned it into a nine-season series. Bagans later appeared in Ghost Adventures: Aftershocks, Netherworld, and Deadly Poses, which aired from 2014 to 2016.
Bagans now lives in Las Vegas, where he has developed the Haunted Museum, an award-winning tourist attraction that welcomes more than 7,000 visitors each month. After graduating from the Film Academy in Michigan, he moved to Las Vegas to pursue a career in documentary filmmaking and paranormal investigation.
Zak’s hobby of ghost hunting began after he encountered the ghost of a woman who had committed suicide at one of his houses. While his attitude towards spirits is strong and confrontational, he describes himself as a calm and peaceful person who enjoys cars, sweets, and video games. Earlier this year, he signed a three-year contract with Discovery+ and will have to participate in and create more than 100 hours of supernatural and horror programming, including the blockbuster Ghost Adventures series, which will debut on the platform. streaming in 2021.

Zak said in the Halloween Wars trailer that he’s been working with the show to give fans “the scariest season” ever. Then he said:
“This year’s contest will draw inspiration from my travels and my formidable collection of spooky items.”

The event will kick off with a bit of magic with a New Orleans-themed qualifier featuring three of the show’s nine teams. To avoid disqualification, these teams must “charm” Marie Laveau and impress the judges.
