Zooey Jeong was born to Ken Jeong (father) and Tran Ho (mother). Ken is an actor, comedian, producer, writer, television personality and board certified physician from the United States. He was born on July 13, 1969 in Detroit, Michigan, USA. Zooey was born and raised in Northern California to South Korean immigrants. He was born into the family of DK Jeong, a professor of economics at North Carolina A&T State University.
Knocked Up (2007), Role Models (2008), Furry Vengeance (2010), Ride Along 2 (2016), Crazy Rich Asians (2018), The Hangover film series (2009–2013) and Community (2009–2015) among his the most famous roles. He also played Dr. Ken in the ABC comedy Dr. Ken (2015–2017). He is a licensed physician who left his practice to pursue an acting career.

It was his wife who persuaded him to leave his medical career and devote himself to acting. Tran ho, Zooey’s mother, is a Vietnamese-American family doctor. She was born in the United States on February 24, 1972. Tran was diagnosed with breast cancer when her daughter was barely a year old in 2008 after she noticed lumps on her breast while breastfeeding her children. She was diagnosed with stage 3 triple negative breast cancer.
Tran, on the other hand, fought hard and beat cancer, surviving and curing cancer in 2009. Her husband came to her aid as she battled cancer. He took care of their children while also transporting Tran to the hospital and making sure she was okay. Alexa Jeong is the twin sister of Zooey Jeong. Both sisters have a strong relationship and are quite close.
How did Ken Jeong and Tran Ho meet?
Ken and Tran met while working at Kaiser Permanente Hospital. They worked together in the hospital. Their relationship gradually blossomed and they started dating. After dating for a long time, they decided to take the next step in their love and get married. The location of their wedding is unknown, but they were married in September 2004. Ken now lives in Calabasas, California with his wife and two children.

Ken has a special relationship with his twin daughters Zooey and Alexa. On Father’s Day, Ken sent an open letter to his children. He talked about the attributes he most admires about them, as well as what time of day he likes most with them. Ken considered them and his wife to be the most valuable things he had received in his life. In an interview with ‘Life of Dad’, Ken mentioned that his twins love to watch ‘Community’. Despite the fact that he is quite picky about which episodes he sees. He appreciates that people like the show’s wit, even if it’s not his.
