Tammy Slaton has revealed her latest milestone in her weight loss journey.

On Wednesday, 1000 lbs. Sisters The star posted a video on Instagram of herself posing in jeans in front of her phone’s camera mirror. In the video, the 37-year-old is standing in front of a mirror wearing blue jeans and a camouflage print hoodie.

This latest video follows the TLC star’s recent posts showing off her full body since undergoing weight loss surgery in 2022.

Slaton received an outpouring of support after posting the video on her official Instagram account.

Fellow TLC star, Vanessa Cross, of 1000 lbs. Best Friends series, he commented, “Look at my QUEEN🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😘❤️.” Slaton’s bariatric surgeon, Dr. Eric Smith wrote, “So incredibly proud of you!!!!!”

Slaton also received support from fans and followers. One user shared her support for the star: “I’ve never been more proud of a stranger xxx.” Another commented: “She’s in jeans baby!! Love uuu.”

In August, Smith retweeted a reaction to his patient’s TikTok video showing her transformation, which included a comparison video of Slaton alongside various photos of her body before and after weight loss surgery in 2022.

“Delighted with @queentammy86’s amazing transformation! Moments like these remind us why we should never give up on our patients. Their strength and determination can lead to incredible achievements. So proud! 👏🏽,” Smith wrote in an Instagram caption.

Ahead of the reality star’s 37th birthday in July, Slaton shared her first post-surgery selfie of her body transformation in the mirror, posing in a floral maxi dress.

On the eve of her birthday, Slaton also published a series of photos in which she is sitting in a wheelchair and watching the sunset along the waterfront. In the photos, she looked out into the water, showing off her pink dress and butterfly hair clip.

‘1000 lbs. Sisters’ ‘ Tammy Slaton Gets Weight Loss Surgery: ‘This Is About Me… Because I’m The Queen!’

Before the first glimpses of Slaton’s progress, she told PEOPLE in June that since her surgery and near-death experience in 2021 — when she was put on a ventilator and placed in a medically induced coma after family members said she stopped breathing — she feels “great ” as he continues his weight loss journey.

“I got smart and had surgery,” she told PEOPLE. “I managed to strengthen my lungs enough to get trach [tracheostomy tube for breathing] out, and recently the doctor allowed me to be off the oxygen machine during the day.

“Now I only wear my oxygen at night, along with my BiPap machine,” she explained to PEOPLE. “I monitor my oxygen levels throughout the day and keep my machine handy in case I need it.”

“I feel great! I’m grateful to be alive and it’s fun to progress as much as I have,” Slaton added.
