In PEOPLE’s exclusive sneak peek of Monday’s episode, Debbie goes on her first date with a handsome man named Russ who she met online.
As she enters the facility in a head-to-toe silver ensemble, Debbie greets her companion with a warm smile and a hug.
“Nervous?” asks Russ. Debbie admits to feeling butterflies, and he laughs, “Me too.”

Debbie meets her partner Russ for the first time.

After complimenting her on her matching outfit, Russ suggests the pair dive into a round of mini-golf before taking Debbie to the monster-themed course. As the duo survey the space, Debbie remarks, “Oh my God, it looks like monsters!”
After looking at the gargoyle and alligator themed decorations, Debbie and Russ stop in front of a troll with a spider on its tongue, and Debbie jokes, “That reminds me, that looks like my ex!”

After the game starts, Debbie misses a shot on the black carpet and exclaims, “Hot, oh man!”
“Exactly,” she laughs as she reminds her partner that she hasn’t done anything like this in “over” five years.
To Debbie’s surprise, Russ ends up going natural. She yells “oh my god” when he hits, prompting him to admit that he visits the court “every Thursday”.
Preparing for the final shot of the track, Russ stands to the side, saying suggestively, “Don’t mind me while I watch.” The pair giggle and Debbie flirts: “I may not have an ass Russ, but I have riches!”

Even after completing the course, Debbie admits she’s “still nervous” about their date.
“You seem more confident and perhaps well-seasoned,” she comments. But Russ says he feels just as uneasy and that his apparent confidence is actually “fake and phony.”
“It’s very annoying to be in the online world and sift through the mud for gold,” notes Debbie. “I had the feeling that you were a real honest and loyal person.”
Then he drops the bomb: “But I told a lie.”
Russ gets a nervous look on his face before cautiously asking, “OK, what’s your lie?”
