Jasmine and her cameraman husband, Jon, met on set A place in the sun and eventually married in 2009. The couple were the picture of wedded bliss as, however, the host previously revealed on her Instagram that the couple doesn’t spend as much time together as they would like.

Posting an adorable look back in 2021, Jasmine wrote: “Back then we were together 24/7 working on @aplaceinthesunofficial but now sometimes we don’t see each other enough! I miss you @jboasty_dop My toy boy and the love of my life! Sixteen years later, still in love ! They will kill me for this lovely dove!!”

Jasmine and Jon have two children, nine-year-old daughter Joy and seven-year-old son Albion. The proud mom occasionally posts family photos on social media, including this adorable photo.
The host wrote in the caption: “Being a parent: it’s the hardest job some of us will ever do. 24/7, no thanks, no pay!! But also the most rewarding job ever. Like most parents, I don’t always get it right, sometimes I lose mine [expletive], I get bouts of massive ‘mommy guilt’, I get frustrated, I’m sick of the sound of my own voice asking ‘Please brush your teeth’ for the 99th time (fill in the right!) but in the end I couldn’t be more proud of my two children . They are my greatest achievement in life and my love for them is… so I can’t find the right words. But they are my world.”

Jasmine Harman’s career
Jasmine, along with her co-star Jonnie Irwin, has presented more than 200 episodes of the popular Channel 4 show since joining in 2004. But A place in the sun is not the only TV work with her name. Over the years she has worked on documentaries for the BBC including Collectors and My collecting mom and meand also appeared in shows like This morning and GMTV.
