Adriana Lima is back on the catwalk.
On Thursday, September 26, the Brazilian supermodel, 43, ended her 6-year hiatus from the catwalk to appear in Schiaparelli’s Spring/Summer 2025 womenswear show at Paris Fashion Week.
“After taking a year off to raise my kids, it was so fun to be back on the catwalk today,” Lima tells PEOPLE of her long-awaited return. “And going back with my friends to Schiaparelli made it even more special!”
Lima strutted the catwalk in a white ’80s striped dress with corset detailing and the brand’s signature large gold buttons. The look was paired with a pair of oversize statement earrings and a chic top handle bag. The model wore her hair slicked back, leaving her famous cheekbones in the spotlight.

The model moved from Miami to Los Angeles in 2023 to focus on spending time at home with her children. Lima shares two teenage daughters, Valentina and Sienna, with her ex-husband Marko Jarić. In August 2022, she had a son with boyfriend Andre Lemmers. In addition, Lima helps raise Lemmers’ two children from a previous relationship.
Lima has also rejoined her longtime management company, The Society Management, which represented Lima at the height of her career.
Fellow anti-angels Kendall Jenner and Candice Swanepoel also participated in Schiaparelli’s show.
Jenner, 28, wore a white corset top with denim-like pants. Swanepoel, 38, looked glamorous in a navy blue dress with hip detailing, a gold zip fastening and a dramatic slit.

In 2023, the model told PEOPLE that she still feels “celebrated” at Victoria’s Secret.
“I feel that as a woman, I’m still in fashion – I’m 42 and a mother of five, so I feel like I’m still being celebrated at this stage in my life,” she said. “It’s great to see that no matter what stage you’re at [in life]for my kids and the new models coming up, it’s encouraging.”
