Aishwarya grew up in Darbhanga and completed her 10th class from a school in Bihar. She then went to Banasthali Vidyapith in Vanasthali, Rajasthan for her 11th and 12th classes. In her teenage years, Aishwarya was a tomboy. She aspired to become an IAS officer from a young age and did her philosophy and postgraduate degrees from Indraprastha Women’s College, Delhi University. In college, Aishwarya was good at sports and was a national-level badminton player. In her final year of college, Aishwarya participated in the Campus Princess Pageant 2015, a beauty pageant that seeks out potential beauty queens, and was shortlisted from her college. She then moved to Mumbai and underwent the final round of training for a week. She made it into the top six, then was eliminated. When Aishwarya returned to Delhi, her father and sisters convinced her to pursue a career in modeling.

Aishwarya started her modeling career in 2015 with “School Princess”. Through Campus Princess, Aishwarya qualified for the Miss North India 2016 beauty pageant, where she was crowned Miss Fun.
