America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League named the winner of the first season!

On Monday night, American talent spinoff finally named a winner after weeks of competition, with the honor going to the Howie Mandel team’s Ramadhani brothers.

Brothers Fadhili Ramadhani and Ibrahim Jobu beat nine other finalists – two of whom competed on Howie’s team and the rest on the teams of judges Simon Cowell, Mel B and Heidi Klum – for the coveted title.

“By conquest AGT: Fantasy League is the most amazing feeling that we can’t describe!” Fadhili tells PEOPLE exclusively after the win. “We’ve been in other He has talent competitions around the world and reached every final but never won. But winning against past winners AGT and some of the best performers on the planet, it really elevates our status.”

The brothers from Tanzania who balance with their hands and heads came to their senses first AGT during Season 18 in 2023, but finished in fifth place despite their incredibly exciting performances. Heidi then drew them for her Fantasy League team, but after their performance in the qualifiers, Howie couldn’t help but use his Golden Buzzer to steal the brothers away and send them straight to the finals.

It was finally time for host Terry Crews to announce who won the contest as voted on by the studio audience.

After narrowing down the artists to the Top 5, Terry slowly began to eliminate each artist. Dancer Musa Motha from Simon’s team took fifth place. Following him in fourth place was Sainted, a powerful choir that also hails from Team Simon.

V. Unbeatable, a dance and acrobatic group that competed on Team Heidi, finished in third place, and the percussion group Pack Drumline from Simon’s team took second place.

After the brothers were announced as the top two, Ibrahim recalls, “We thought we had done our best and that everything was in God’s hands. But at the same time, we knew we had a very good chance of winning because we had prepared very well , and we didn’t want to be 5th like we had AGT season 18.”

Then Terry finally confirmed that the brothers had won. Fadhili and Ibrahim were overjoyed, hugging each other tightly and celebrating this great achievement together.

“We are so happy, thank you all, thank you all. This [is] amazing,” they told Terry as Coach Howie rushed to the stage and said his act, “I’m so proud of you… what you do is so dangerous, so inspiring and you deserve this you are superstars, world stars!”

Except for the inaugural fold Fantasy league trophy, the Ramadhani brothers also receive the top prize of $250,000.

“We plan to upgrade our acrobatic training facility in Tanzania and buy more equipment,” Ibrahim tells PEOPLE. “We also want to help other acrobats from our community improve their lives. We would also like to buy land and build our own homes.”

When it comes to winning, Fadhili says they couldn’t have done it without Howie, as well as their coach and manager Winston Ruddle.

“Mr. Howie Mandel helped us by pressing the golden buzzer during our AGT: Fantasy League auditions. This helped us skip the semi-final which gave us a head start and more time to prepare for the final,” says Fadhili. “We really thank him for this and all the valuable advice along the way. But we can’t give him all the credit. What people don’t see on stage are our hundreds of hours of preparation in Tanzania with our acrobatic coach and manager Mr Winston Ruddle pushing us to get better and better.”

The brothers also say it’s a little bittersweet to win without Heidi, who initially included them on her fantasy team.

“Winning without Heidi was a bit sad, but at the same time I’m sure she’s proud of us,” explains Fadhili. “Heidi had our back from the very beginning AGT auditions for season 18 and we love her so much. She is the most relaxed judge, and besides being a judge, she also has the biggest personality. From our first audition onwards AGT season 18 has been so kind to us. We remember taking photos with her after ours AGT audition. We’d love to win with her because she believed in us and put us on her Fantasy League team, because she’s going.”

They also look back on their time with AGT with the best memories.

“The best part of this experience is finally saying that we succeeded. We are the best in the world!” Fadhili notes excitedly.
