Ariana Grande Wears a Dress with Mariah Carey’s Face on It and Mariah Responds: ‘She Ate’

Ariana Grande pays tribute to Mariah Carey in the most modern way possible!

On Thursday, a photo of him appeared Wicked star, 30, dressed in her signature oversized tee and knee-high boots combo, but this time her look was extra special.

On the front of Grande’s brown T-shirt was a photo of Carey, 54, from her 1997 album. Butterfly — who gave lambs around the world hits like “Honey,” “My All,” “Breakdown” and “The Beautiful Ones,” a cover of Prince’s 1984 song of the same name.

“She ate,” Carey chirped in response to a fan page that posted a picture of the “7 Rings” singer endorsing the icon.

The photo was shared on social media just a day after the duo announced they would be reuniting for a remix of Grande’s latest single “Yes, And?” with Carey.

“I can’t believe the words I’m writing,” the “Dangerous Woman” hitmaker captioned a joint Instagram post of herself with the “Always Be My Baby” singer.

In the broadcast, both blondes wore matching black outfits as they leaned their heads against each other as they looked into the camera.

“Yes and? Remix with the one and only, the queen of my heart and life’s inspiration @mariahcarey is out this Friday !!!!!!!!!!!” Grande’s post continued.

She added that the musical collaboration is “a dream come true”.

“Dear angel, I’m so excited to join you on the da, and? remix!! This is such a magical moment!! I love you ❤️ MC,” Carey commented on the post.

Mariah Carey responds to Ariana Grande’s birthday wishes as she celebrates her ‘anniversary’

“Yes and?” marks the first track from Grande’s upcoming seventh album.

She has already released a music video directed by Christian Breslauer, which seems to serve as a response to critics, with the talent seeming to compare her life to a performance.

It was not immediately known if she and Carey would also release a music video for the upcoming remix.

The last time the ladies collaborated on a song was in 2020 with help American Idol alum Jennifer Hudson. The trio came together to record their holiday hit “Oh Santa.”

Carey’s twins Moroccan and Monroe also appeared in the video.

In December, Grande and Hudson, 42, joined Carey for a surprise performance of “Oh Santa” during Carey’s Merry Christmas One and All! A stop at Madison Square Garden in New York.
