BRITNEY Spears and her husband Sam Ashgarhi have reportedly split and are headed for divorce – according to bombshell reports on Wednesday.
The hitmaker and her husband reportedly had an explosive argument with allegations that she cheated on him.

Britney, 41, and Sam, 29, launched into a “nuclear argument” about a week ago, according to TMZ.
Sources with direct knowledge told the outlet: “Sam confronted Britney over rumors she stepped out on him.
“We do not know if the rumor has any basis in fact, but we’re told Sam believed it, and the two had a huge fight.”
The outlet’s sources say Sam has moved out of their house and is now living in his own place.
A source said, “It’s only a matter of time before Sam files for divorce.”
Britney has a prenup that protects her assets, TMZ noted.
‘ERRATIC AT TIMES’
Sources also told TMZ that Britney’s behavior had been erratic “at times,” and Sam had reached his limit.
Neither party has publicly commented on the breakup report yet.
Britney’s last Instagram posts have been fashion and dance-based.
Sam last posted two weeks ago about his mother recovering from an accident and announced he would be taking a social media break.
“I’m so grateful for the love and support you guys had during Mama Asghari’s recovery after the accident,” he shared.
“Sending a huge thank you to the amazing medical staff at Cedars-Sinai ER. Moments like these remind us of life’s preciousness. Taking a social media break to prioritize what truly matters. See you very soon.”
The couple most recently appeared together on Britney’s page in June.
In May she shared a steamy makeout sesh they had in a garden during the same flowery exchange.
The Princess of Pop captioned the post: “I feel so blessed to be with such an incredible husband who inspires me every day.”
‘PHYSICAL FIGHTS’
Recently, the trailer dropped for an upcoming documentary on the star called TMZ Investigates Britney Spears: The Price of Freedom.
The 30-second clip pointed to problems between Britney and Sam, and executive producer Harvey Levin suggests their marriage has been in “deep trouble” for months.
Britney reportedly “got physical” with Sam in fights and screaming matches and Sam frequently wasn’t sleeping at their home.
Back in March, Britney was spotted out without her wedding ring on, according to Ok Magazine.
Sam was also spotted without his ring around that time.
He then posted a gym selfie to Instagram with his ring on to clap back at rumors.
A source told Mirror: “Sam is not having marital issues. He simply took off his ring because he is filming a movie.”
Around the time of the ring rumors, Britney went on a vacation with Kate Hudson and left Sam behind.
Britney also recently shared a cryptic throwback video while in Mexico before tying the knot, she wrote: “Throwback to Mexico…before I got married…so happy and silly here!!!” with various emojis.
‘BAD TURN’
Britney is set to do a tell-all interview with Oprah ahead of her memoir’s release on October 24.
A source told ET: “Britney and Sam have had ups and downs throughout their relationship.
“They have a lot of love for each other, but they also argue a lot over fundamental issues.
“Recently, things took a bad turn and their arguments became more serious and real.
“Sam is thrilled that Britney finally has the opportunity and freedom to speak her truth with her book.”
Britney has regularly displayed concerning behavior on Instagram in various dance clips this past year, worrying fans with rumors of drug use ensuing from ex-husband Kevin Federline.
SAM’S STRUGGLES
Hesam Asghari, who now goes by Sam, was born on March 3, 1994, in Tehran, Iran but moved to the United States when he was 13 years old.
Sam has shared concerning statements of his own on his Instagram page while posting images of his naked torso and snaps from a movie set.
A clip Sam posted on April 9 showed him sitting at the wheel of a Toyota Corolla in Atlanta, Georgia while he was shooting a movie.
During his monologue, the actor said the car reminded him of his youth.
Sam confessed he had felt “ashamed” when he pulled up to school or football practices in a car that was different from his friend’s luxury ones.
He went on to explain: “It’s what you bring with yourself. Driving a better car does not make you a better person.”
Psychologist Jo Hemmings told The U.S. Sun: “On his Instagram feed, Sam changes from showing off his body to a seriously expensive watch, to humble bragging about the Toyota Corolla.
“In other videos, Sam criticizes the US health service for offering power to patients.
“Sam is covering all bases — being humble on the one hand and bragging on the other.
“Sam is clearly hedging his bets if he splits with Britney.”
BRITNEY AND SAM
Britney and Sam were first romantically linked in 2016, meeting when he starred in a music video of hers.
They got engaged on September 12, 2021.
Previously, her conservatorship hadn’t allowed them to wed, nor was she allowed to expand her family.
The fitness trainer and actor has defended the pop star throughout her #freebritney conservatorship battle and beyond.
On November 12, 2021, Los Angeles County Judge Brenda Penny ruled in Britney’s favor to end her conservatorship.
On June 9, 2022, Britney and Sam tied the knot in a private ceremony in California.
Since they tied the knot, the two have remained supportive of each other.
In July 2023, Spears was involved in an incident with NBA player Victor Wembanyama’s security guard when he hit the singer in her face.

Britney’s two sons Sean, 16, and Jayden, 15, didn’t attend. Neither did her mom, dad, or sister, Jamie Lynn.
This is Britney’s third marriage.
She tied the knot with her childhood friend Jason Alexander in 2004 only to divorce 55 hours later.
In 2004, she married dancer Kevin Federline – with whom she shares her two boys – but divorced in 2007 ahead of the conservatorship.
Unfortunately, her third wedding did not go without issue as The U.S. Sun revealed that Britney’s ex-husband, Jason, crashed the event at her home.
The cops on the scene detained Jason before the singer walked down the aisle.
