The reality star then said on Thursday’s episode of the podcast, “I feel like I’m going to have a frown on my face for almost the entire season.”
“And there is no context [in] trailer of what’s going on with my fucking mouth,” she added while chatting with Taylor, 44, and guest Kristen Doute, 41.
“My mouth is normal now, thank God!” Cartwright insisted.
“About three weeks before filming started, I worked on a double chin. He did a little lipoma under my double chin. And then he did this thing called Morpheus8,” Cartwright said, referring to the microneedling facial. “I’ll just say: the double chin—we call it the turkey gobbler—runs in my family.”

Cartwright didn’t expect to still wear the bandage during filming, admitting doctors thought her face would be “back to normal” by then.
“No matter what I went through, no matter how much weight I lost, I still felt like I had something there. It wasn’t that invasive,” Cartwright said. “It was right under my chin. But my doctors thought my face would be back to normal by the time filming started.”
“Most of the season it’s going to look like whenever I’m upset or something, I have a scowl on my face,” Cartwright continued of Vanderpump Rules the first season of the spinoff. “And at first it was so hilarious because I literally had to put my finger on my bottom lip to be able to speak because my bottom lip wouldn’t move up and down.”
