On October 1, 2000, he joined Percept Talent Management in Mumbai as a Senior Manager. After working there for about five years, he was appointed Vice President, Entertainment and Sports Marketing for the Globosport brand in Mumbai. On May 1, 2008, he founded Cornerstone Sport and Entertainment Private Limited, a Mumbai-based entertainment and sports marketing company. Fans don’t want to see pictures of players on the field. They want to know more about the players off the field. So when a player has a few days off, we send a team to his home, take photos of him with his pets, his mom, or him cooking, and then post those photos at the appropriate time. “
In 2017, Virat Kholi signed an endorsement deal worth Rs 100 crore with sportswear maker Puma under his company’s leadership. In December 2020, Bunty launched a talent agency called Dharma Cornerstone Agency in partnership with Indian producer Karan Johar.
