THERE’S certainly a trend for vintage optical illusions at the moment, and this latest offering from Playbuzz proves a real puzzler.
Earlier this year internet users found a black and white illustration featuring hidden faces in a bunch of roses blooming hard to crack.

This time quizzers are tasked with finding three ailing patients stricken by yellow fever in a drawing of a 19th century hospital.
According to the site, just one per cent of the population will be able to spot the trio.
