Christine Quinn’s husband, Christian Dumontet, has filed for a restraining order against his wife, in part because he is concerned that the ex Selling Sunset star might try to kidnap their three-year-old son Christian.
PEOPLE obtained a copy of Dumontet’s request on Tuesday. In it, Dumontet, 44, demands that Quinn, 35, move out and stay 100 yards (300 feet) from his Los Angeles home.
His request stems from an alleged domestic incident on March 19.
In the document, Dumontet claims that day the couple argued over two dogs that Quinn owns as pets “which she refuses to house or crate train.”
“MR. Dumontet constantly finds himself the only one cleaning up after the dogs, so much so that operating and cleaning the remote vacuum has become a bonding activity between him and three-year-old Christian,” it said.

Dumontet claims that on March 19, Quinn refused to clean up after her dogs, telling him “she tried to clean up, but she wasn’t going to do anything else.”
“At that point, Mr. Dumontet grabbed a trash bag from the floor and threw it to the side of the room, against the wall,” the documents allege. “MR. Dumontet did not throw the bag at Mrs. Quinn, or at their son. Additionally, there was no glass in the bag, as there was no broken glass in the room or anywhere in the house.”

However, after the incident, Dumontet was arrested in connection with a domestic violence incident involving their son. He was arrested again the next day for violating an emergency protection order filed by Quinn.
“The suspect threw a bag containing a glass bottle at the victim, it missed the victim but the object struck the victim’s child causing injuries,” a public information officer told PEOPLE at the time.
In the document, Dumontet refutes these claims and denies that there have ever been “incidents of domestic violence within the relationship.”
She claims Quinn “suddenly filed an EPO (emergency protective order) against me using false allegations of domestic violence.”

According to the motion, Dumontet is asking the judge to limit Quinn’s travel with their child to LA County, adding that he fears she may “abduct” or kidnap their son. It added that she “threatened to take or hide our children from me” and “not co-parent with me”.
Dumontet claims that Quinn does not have strong ties to California, adding that her mother and father “whom she is very close to live in Texas.”
However, according to the motion, Dumontet grants Quinn joint custody of Christian and unsupervised visitation rights. She also requests that Quinn provide travel plans and documents for their child.
