Colorado Home Designed by NKOTB’s Jonathan Knight on HGTV’s Rock the Block Sells for $2.85M

There is a new house in the block!

A 5,811-square-foot home in Berthoud, Colorado, designed by Jonathan Knight of New Kids on the Block and Kristina Crestin — stars of HGTV Repairman of the country house — just sold for $2.85 million.

And the fully furnished five-bedroom home wasn’t just designed by HGTV stars — it was also featured online.

Long before it was listed, the Colorado residence appeared on small screens everywhere in competition series Rock the Block.

Built by Landmark Homes in 2022 and listed by Tamara Sherril with the ReMax Alliance, the home was one of four nearly identical, unrestored properties on the cul-de-sac that were featured on Season 4 of the Ty Pennington-hosted series.

In the season, which aired last spring, four two-person teams spent six weeks and a $250,000 budget renovating one of Berthoud’s properties.

A winner every season Rock the Block is the team that adds the most value to its properties, all of which had a starting value of $1.9 million, according to HGTV.

And, according to sales agent Andrea Tuell of The Group, Inc. Real Estate, the new owners are excited to move into the property, which also has unobstructed views of the lake, according to the listing.

The Repairman of the country house stars “created the most amazing place for my clients,” Tuell tells PEOPLE.

“They decided on a new move and found time to admire the peace and splendor of the sunrise,” she says. “They shared with me that time stands still here in the most beautiful way. I couldn’t be happier for their sweet family and I’m grateful to have been on this journey with them!”
