A FEARING member of Syria’s notorious Tiger Forces who fed Assad’s captives to his pet lion was publicly executed by local rebels, reports claim.
The twisted Talal Dakkak was killed by the local militia in Hama, with video footage on X claimed to show the preparations made for his murder.

Former taxi driver Dakkak was feared throughout Syria – not only for his own sadistic behavior but also for owning a bloodthirsty lion.
He stole the beast from a zoo in 2005 before training it to become his fearsome sidekick.
A member of the Tiger Forces even boasted to his fellow soldiers at one point that he fed his faithful pet the bodies of those he called “terrorists”, writes the Syrian Observer in 2019.
A video of the lion that went viral earlier showed the beast viciously rampaging on a horse in an inhumane display by Dakkak to show off his pet’s sick abilities.
Dakkak is also allegedly responsible for a number of other horrific crimes – including kidnappings, murders and organ trafficking.
Just like Maher, the brother of disgraced tyrant Bashar al-Assad, Dakkak was also involved in the smuggling of narcotics, fuel, food and unregistered vehicles.
The deadly executioner was one of the most notorious Syrian military leaders and powerful businessmen in Hama.
At one point he led a 1,500-man Air Force Intelligence militia.
Dakkak is believed to have been seized by militant rebels as they liberate Syria from Assad’s repressive regime.
Rebel leader Abu Mohammed al-Jolani, who now uses his real name Ahmed al-Sharaa, vowed on Monday that he “will not hesitate to hold accountable the criminals, murderers, security and military officers involved in torturing the Syrian people.”

And it seems the rebels have kept their word as reports claim Dakkak was killed in front of a celebratory crowd in Hama.
His death has not yet been officially confirmed.
Dakkak is believed to be one of a number of senior military personnel captured by rebels after they seized the capital Damascus and ousted Assad several days ago.
At the core of the system of rule that Assad inherited from his father Hafez was a brutal complex of prisons and detention centers.
In one of the rebels’ biggest operations since Assad’s ouster, they liberated the harrowing Sednaya military prison in a neighboring town – nicknamed the Human Slaughterhouse.
Sednaya prison has become synonymous with Assad’s reign of tyranny over the past few decades.
Chilling video footage from the liberated prison shows rebels looking around a room where it appears executions may have taken place.
Footage from the Syrian capital shows dozens of women and young men reportedly walking free for the first time in years after rebels stormed the nation’s prisons this weekend.

The clip even shows a small child leaving the cell as the rebels cheer.
Survivors of the harrowing prison have given chilling accounts of their near-death experiences, claiming it was “carefully designed to humiliate, degrade, sicken, starve and ultimately kill those trapped inside”.
Meanwhile, Israel struck Syrian air bases on Monday evening following the fall of Assad’s brutal regime.
The ammunition dump was an Israeli hit, the sources told Reuters.
The flash raged for at least 30 minutes while the sounds of shells and gunfire echoed throughout the area.
Allegedly, this military base is also believed to have stored missiles for Assad’s ally Iran, Sky News writes.
Israel carried out several airstrikes across Syria on Monday, destroying dozens of abandoned helicopters and planes.
Huge fires were also seen at another ammunition dump near the Qamishli Air Base.
At first, it was unclear who could be behind these explosions, due to the tense politics of this region.
The Qamishli Air Base was located in the Kurdish-controlled part of Syria, along the border with Turkey.
What is Sednaya Prison?

SEDNAYA Prison – otherwise known as the Human Slaughterhouse – was a military prison near Damascus, Syria.
Administered by the government of the Syrian Arab Republic, Hell Prison was used to hold thousands of prisoners who were civilian detainees, anti-government rebels, and political prisoners.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) estimated in January 2021 that a staggering 30,000 detainees were gruesomely executed under the Assad regime in Sednaya.
The Guardians would use torture as a killing technique as well as mass executions.
Some prisoners in the horrific Sednaya prison say they were raped and in some cases forced to rape other prisoners.
A common form of punishment was some form of torture and beatings by guards, it is claimed, causing individuals to suffer life-altering harm such as disability or death.
Cell floors were covered in the blood and pus of tortured prisoners, according to a 2017 Amnesty report, and the bodies of dead prisoners were collected like garbage by guards at 9am every morning.
Detainees were also forced to abide by horrific rules as they were forced to as they were denied basic necessities such as food, water and medicine.
When the food was delivered, the guards would often cruelly scatter it on the cell floors with a mixture of blood and dirt.
Other disturbing accounts say that mass hangings took place once or twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays – gruesomely in the middle of the night.
The egregious practices, which rights groups say amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity, have been approved at the highest levels of the Syrian government under Assad.
