Danny Bonaduce disclosed that he would have brain surgery as a result of a recent neurological disease diagnosis. The Partridge Family singer claimed in an interview with TMZ that he had seen hundreds of physicians about a mysterious ailment before receiving a diagnosis of hydrocephalus in March. Hydrocephalus is a build-up of fluid in the spaces deep within the brain.
He recalled, “Talking to doctors was my life. “On a single Tuesday, I met with five doctors, and none could tell me what it was. I then realised that this was a significant event. I’m currently falling. That’s got to be bad.
The Danny Bonaduce & Sarah Morning Show on Seattle-based KZOK was cancelled in April of last year so that Bonaduce could concentrate on his health journey. Bonaduce announced this on his social media accounts.
He didn’t provide the outlet many details at the time, but he has since revealed that his wife first recognised something was wrong with his speech and that he had lost the ability to walk or balance. This is when his battle with the unknown sickness first started.
