More than 10 million votes were cast to decide between the finalists, with Wag Coleen Rooney in second place and third place going to Reverend Richard Coles.
It comes as Coleen is poised to sign a £1million TV deal after leaving the jungle camp.
Danny is also being courted by ITV bosses for major new shows, insiders have revealed.
Danny lasted 23 days at the camp – and kept himself a calm python in shorts at his first trial.
Danny said of his win: “It’s a nice feeling to be liked.
“I hope it shows up on TV, but it’s real out there.
“You’re hungry, you’re tired, you’re lethargic.
“It’s crazy. I learned so much about myself.
“I learned how precious time is with loved ones.
“I always prioritize my work – with success comes compromise.

“What I’ve learned, especially from all these fellow campers, is that time is precious.”
Favorite to win the jungle show, Danny won over I’m Famous viewers early on by opening up about his mental health issues.
In the first week, he broke down in tears when he revealed that he had started treatment for anxiety at the age of 19 after suffering a panic attack during a live TV interview.
The 38-year-old also opened up about his estrangement from his father Alan, 72, and his friendship with fellow campmate Barry McGuigan.
He hasn’t seen Alan in 18 years after he left his mum Kathy: “My dad, he doesn’t speak to me.
“You can go to therapy but you still long for your dad and that’s what’s hard.
“That’s why I get so much pleasure from Barry.”
Speaking more about his relationship with his father, Danny told the show: “He was amazing yeah, we went to watch Bolton Wanderers every weekend, I got Maccy Ds before that, I have great memories.
“He was a hugger, he kissed, and then when he left us, that’s when I had to grow up very quickly, I bought my mother’s house.
“I was 18 years old, I bought a flat in London and bought my mother’s house, and I enrolled my sister in college.”
Danny was met on the jungle bridge by his wife Georgia and their son Cooper as he left the Aussie camp.
The star earlier said goodbye to Reverend Richard Coles who came in third place, and Oti Mabuse who was evicted in Saturday’s episode.
A NEW ROLE
ITV bosses are now keen to secure Danny long-term as one of their main players, alongside family favorites including Joel Dommett and Bradley Walsh.
He’s already a judge on The Voice UK, alongside his bandmate Tom Fletcher, but insiders say TV bosses want to sign him up for more gigs.
A source said: “Danny is the epitome of everything ITV loves.
“He’s funny, a friend of the family and incredibly popular.
“Seeing how popular he was on I’m A Celeb made him a prime target for other shows to come.
“Danny is a brilliant musician but he’s also great on TV.
“ITV bosses want to see if they can sign him up for another series of The Voice UK and there are other shows they think he could be perfect for.”
THE LAST SUPPER
After triumphing in their final Bushtucker trial, the final three inmates are treated to a feast fit for royalty.
Everyone chose their favorite dishes for the farewell banquet at the camp.
Danny’s started with mozzarella sticks paired with a sweet chili sauce, followed by a buttermilk chicken burger and chips as a main.
For dessert, he indulged himself with profiteroles made from fresh cream topped with warm Nutella sauce, and washed it all down with a cold glass of beer.
Coleen’s selections started with bruschetta and then moved on to the classic spaghetti bolognese topped with parmesan cheese and garlic bread.
She joined Danny in choosing fresh cream profiteroles with Nutella sauce for dessert and rounded off her meal with a glass of French pale Provençal rosé.
Richard chose king prawn cocktail with salad to start, followed by a hearty main of homemade pie served with peas, carrots and gravy.
For dessert, he enjoyed a fruit cake, accompanied by a glass of refined Chablis Grand Cru.
The extravagant meal was a well-deserved celebration for the final three after weeks of jungle challenges and eating rice and beans, creatures and gruesome animal parts.
Last night, all of this year’s I’m a Celebrity stars joined the finalists at the closing party.
It came a day after former Strictly Come Dancing pro Oti Mabuse was kicked out of the camp, leaving just three contestants to battle it out.
Only pop star Tulisa Contostavlos was absent, having flown home to the UK due to issues with her mental health.
She shared the photos online yesterday and said: “I’m sorry I can’t be there to celebrate with you all.”
