In June 2013, she started working as a senior client services and management intern at Be the Bee, a Kolkata-based advertising agency. After working there for over two years, she joined JWT, Kolkata as a Senior Account Manager. She worked there from January 2016 to June 2016. Deesha started working as Chief Content Acquisition and Supervising Producer at Mumbai-based film production house Pooja Entertainment in September 2016. During this time, she worked as a supervising producer on the Hindi film “Metroon” (2018). She has been working with Pooja Entertainment for about six years. From June 2019 to December 2022, Deesha served as the Chief Operating Officer of Jjust Music, an independent music label in Mumbai. There, she worked closely with the talent and executive teams, assisting in the planning of songs, the development of promotional strategies, and the conceptualization of the visual style and atmosphere of key visuals for various campaigns. In January 2023, she joined the music production company Airris Entertainment as a creative producer.
