Divya Khosla Kumar is an Indian actress, film director and film producer. She is the wife of T-Series Chairman and Managing Director Bhushan Kumar.

She studied at Janki Devi Memorial College in Delhi for B.Com (Honours). She did very well in school when she was a child. Her mother wants her to study hard and become an accomplished person. As a child, her mother never let her watch movies. Talking about this in an interview, Divya said:
I hardly watch movies; I’m very studious. This is my life in Delhi. My mother had never been so encouraging of moviegoing. We used to watch very limited movies. “
When she was in college, she started creating print ads. She was 18 years old at the time. Divya moved from Delhi to Mumbai when she was 20 years old.

Divya’s mother, Anita Khosla, was a teacher who died in July 2023, and her father was a businessman who owned a small printing press in Delhi. Divya’s maternal grandfather served in the Indian Army.

Divya Khosla first met Bhushan Kumar during the shooting of the film “Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Saathiyo” (2004). While Bhushan marveled at his charisma, Divya kept a distance from him because of his Casanova image in the industry. Soon, they exchanged phone numbers for work purposes. The two started chatting, and after a few days, Divya backed down. After Divya stopped replying to Bhushan’s texts, Bhushan sent his cousin Ajay Kapoor to Divya’s home in Delhi to find out why she was not replying to his messages. Later, Divya received a message from Bhushan (he originally intended to send it to Ajay, but sent it to Divya by mistake), which read: “What did she say? Did she agree?” This incident made Divya realize that Bhushan Be serious about her. Thereafter, Bhushan invited Divya and her family to his sister’s wedding and the two families met and discussed matters further. In 2005, she married Bhushan Kumar, son of late Gulshan Kumar, at the Maa Vaishno Devi shrine in Katra. The couple has a son, Ruhaan.
In February 2024, when Divya deleted “Kumar” from her social media accounts, rumors about their divorce emerged. However, a T-Series spokesperson later refuted the rumor in an interview and stated that Divya changed her name on social media due to her astrological beliefs.
