Erin Napier Reveals Husband Ben’s Hilarious Sleeping Habit When He Naps: ‘I Love This Weirdo’

Erin Napier shares her husband Ben’s unusual sleeping habits.

“I want you to know that @scotsman.co holds the furniture while he sleeps,” he said home town the star wrote on Instagram on Thursday. “Nightstands, lamps, chairs, bedposts. Whatever he can get his hands on while he falls asleep. I love this weirdo.”

The accompanying photo shows Ben dozing with his arms and legs spread out on a plush red armchair and ottoman while holding the neck of a nearby lamp.

Several commenters on the post felt that Ben’s napping position was similar.

“I love this! I thought my husband was the only one 😂when he sleeps, he holds on to the nightstand,” wrote one.

Someone else noted that they share the vertigo habit, writing, “I’m fine when I sleep on my left side, but as soon as I turn over to my right, I’m looking for something to hold onto to ground me. ”

Erin, 38, posted another sweet tribute to Ben when he turned 40 in September.

“My lord, Big Ben is 40 years old! Both him and my dad had big birthdays this week!” she wrote alongside the carousel, which included a shirtless photo of Ben in a gym mirror selfie. “I want to be like you @scotsman.co: never looking back or feeling the sadness of our youth being further away, but always feeling so grateful for now.”

“You have worked so hard this year to rehabilitate your shoulder and transform yourself in the process,” she added. “The girls and I are very grateful for you. Here’s to another 50 birthdays together. I love you!”

“[It’s] about the ways we bond with our houses as if they were part of our family,” she told PEOPLE. “And it doesn’t matter how beautiful or normal that house is, how average it is, all these incredible turning points in life happen in this bubble. We should document our houses no matter what they look like.”

“I wanted to make each chapter a room where I would write down major milestones,” added Erin. “What I found was that I wasn’t really writing about the house – I was writing about life and the challenges of life.”
