The puzzle game was originally created by business comparison site iCompario.
The company said it takes drivers an average of 36 seconds to find the keys in the visual chaos.
The site used the test as a reminder to ensure drivers take safe care of their cars and avoid vehicle theft.
They suggested that all drivers lock their cars and keep the keys in a safe place.
In the picture, several colorful cars travel through trees and cartoon symbols.
A group of images can distract the reader, but particularly hawk-eyed drivers can find the keys in less than 10 seconds.
But a pair of black buttons hang between the moving parts of the picture.
Readers with sharp vision may be able to resolve optical illusions faster than others, leading them to boast 20/20 vision.
However, 20/20 vision refers to seeing objects from 20 feet away without the use of glasses or contact lenses, according to the Cleveland Clinic.
Those who are talented at breaking brain teasers and optical illusions may have 20/20 vision, but this should not be used as an official confirmation of their vision.
Anyone can see the market stalls, but only those with 20-20 vision and a high IQ can spot 5 hidden fruits in 62 seconds
Drivers may have found the keys on the left side of the picture.
The keys hang from the back of the tow truck.
