The track is a street circuit that runs along the legendary strip.

It features 17 turns and a 1.18-mile straight.

Fans watching the track in the build-up to the Grand Prix noticed that its shape displayed something quite different.

Looking at an aerial shot of the track, the track reminds many of the shape of Spider-Pig from The Simpsons.

In the 2007 film, a much-loved scene shows Homer lifting the animal onto his ceiling to help it walk upside down.

The outline of the Spider-Pig is hilariously similar to the layout of the Las Vegas GP circuit.

Eagle-eyed fans couldn’t believe it, saying: “The Simpsons just went and did it again with another prediction. The Las Vegas F1 circuit is Spider-Pig.”

The cartoon has a spooky history of guessing the future with scenes involving FaceTime, Donald Trump as president, and picking the real winner of the Super Bowl years before it happened.

Back on track, Max Verstappen doesn’t see the funny side of the Las Vegas Grand Prix.

The world champion claimed it was “99 percent show and one percent sporting event.”

He also said that the razzmatazz made him look “like a clown” before the race.
