Futurama Season 8 Episode 2 on Disney Plus
Children of a Lesser God, the second episode of the Futurama reboot, will air on Monday, July 31, 2023, one week after the first episode on Disney Plus. Critics and fans alike have received solid ratings for the season thus far, and audiences are delighted to have the show back on TV after a long hiatus. Each new episode of Futurama will premiere on the platform at 8am BST, which is similar to midnight US Pacific Time, just like with other Disney Plus programming. This means that if you want to watch the episodes right away, you don’t have to get up super early.
The eighth season of Futurama will consist of a total of 20 episodes, with the first 10 airing weekly before a hiatus, followed by the final 10 episodes. Before the series was canceled and went on hiatus, the sixth and seventh seasons were also split into two series between 2010 and 2013. Futurama Season 8 will include a total of 20 episodes, however only the first 10 are currently available. Additional episodes will be announced at a later date.

Fry, who was cryogenically stored for a thousand years and resurrected on December 31, 2999, is the protagonist of the television series. Along with the robot Bender and one-eyed Leela, Fry gets a job with an interplanetary delivery service. While working on The Simpsons in the mid-1990s, Groening got the idea for the show.
