According to a June 11 court filing, which a source close to the show said was just days before production began, the woman who claimed to have dated Ramirez was granted a temporary restraining order citing “harassment – emotional.”

She asked Ramirez not to contact her and to stay away from her home, workplace, vehicle and her children’s school. The judge issued a temporary restraining order on the same day and scheduled a hearing for July 2.

On July 2, the hearing was adjourned because the warrant could not be served on Ramirez. Because of this, court documents showed that the hearing was scheduled for July 24 and that the temporary restraining order was continued.

Until the next hearing date, the court record shows that the woman was “sworn to testify[d]”, and “the case is dismissed without prejudice for want of prosecution for lack of service.” The temporary restraining order was also lifted.
