Susan Noles is the latest The Golden Bachelor star to go under the knife.
On Wednesday, October 16, the Pennsylvania contestant, 67, announced on Instagram that she was undergoing a lower face lift and breast reduction with Dr. Danyo at Danyo Plastic Surgery. “I’m a little afraid. Thank you Dr. Danyo, I’m on my way,” she said.
Noles was quick to share an update on her surgeries just hours after. “I feel like the Lord has blessed me because I’m feeling pretty good so far,” she said in another post from Oct. 16, which shows her head wrapped in cotton wool and bandages.
Although she was feeling “a little swollen”, she poked fun at her appearance, joking that she felt like “Santa Claus”.

In a third Instagram video posted the next day, Noles said she was still swelling but making an overall positive recovery. “I can’t wait to see my smaller, taller girls,” she said of her breasts.
She also addressed the comments on why she decided to have plastic surgery.
“This was for me. That makes me feel good,” she said. “I’ve aged beautifully. I’m 67 and this will make me feel great in the last chapter – best chapter. I’m just saying.”

Although Noles is getting some much-needed rest, she still plans to do some extra work in the coming days.
On the same day she announced her surgery, she said she was seeing a doctor for a CO2 treatment, a non-invasive laser skin treatment that reduces the appearance of wrinkles and helps increase collagen production.
Her ex The Golden Bachelor Costar Kathy Swarts, 71, also recently underwent the treatment, including intense pulsed light therapy and a lower face lift, and began documenting her journey on Tuesday, October 15.

Swarts — groomed by Noles before she went nibbling and twitching on her own — posted daily videos about how she was doing.
“Feeling much better today,” she said in an Instagram post on day four of recovery.
