He attended Casady School in high school and went on to study history at the University of San Diego (USD), where he participated in football, track and basketball, earning four-year letters in each. He eventually earned a Master of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies and History from the Harvard Extension School.
Since August 2022, Graham has been actively involved in the Development Agreement of the REFORM Alliance. In June 2022, he started working with the company as an intern in research and implementation. Graham has been a member of the advisory board of Dorchester Capital Corporation since January 2018, in addition to working with the REFORM Alliance.
