Hailie Jade Scott and Fiancé Evan McClintock Attend Wedding in Mexico: ‘Weekend for the Books’

Hailie Jade Scott spends quality time with her fiance Evan McClintock.

The Just a little shady The podcast host, 27, and her husband-to-be flew to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, over the weekend to attend a friend’s wedding.

Scott shared photos from the trip in an Instagram post on Wednesday and said it was a “weekend for the books.”

The post began with a sweet photo of the two posing for an outdoor selfie as the sun set behind them. McClintock wore a brown tuxedo jacket and baby blue tie, while Scott matched his ensemble by wearing a pale blue dress from Revolve.

She included a clip of waves crashing against the shore of the tropical hotspot and a photo of herself wearing a black dress and beach hat. In another photo, McClintock is seen with his arm around Scott’s waist as he enjoys the water.

To finish off the post, Scott shared a nighttime photo of the trip’s destination and added in the comments: “You can see in the last photo the lights were on but no one was home 😩.”

Eminem’s daughter Hailie Jade Scott soaks up the sun while vacationing in Arizona

While Scott didn’t post any photos from the ceremony, she proudly posed in her dress on her Instagram Story and wrote that she was a “wedding guest.”

In February, the influencer and daughter of Eminem announced that she was preparing for her own wedding, revealing her engagement to McClintock.

Scott shared the happy news in an Instagram post that included a shot of McClintock down on one knee and a shot of the two popping a bottle of champagne. The two have been dating since 2016 and have kept their relationship relatively private.

On a previous episode of Scott’s podcast, the two surprised fans by sharing intimate details from their engagement. The episode included a segment where McClintock explained how he asked Eminem for his blessing last Christmas.

Since the holiday falls on Scott’s birthday, McClintock found the perfect moment to approach her father as he prepared to celebrate.

“I saw your dad come downstairs and I said, ‘I’ve got to do this right now or I’m not going to do it today and I’m going to have to reschedule,'” he recalled to his fiancé. “So I just followed him down and luckily he was just down there and took your cake and that’s what happened.”
