In PEOPLE’s exclusive sneak peek of Klum’s appearance at DearMedia’s Skinny Confidential podcast, the America has talent judge, 51, talks about her 20-year-old daughter, Lena, who once found her own “sex closet” – and the specific ways she organized the space.
When co-host Michael Bosstick asked for advice on building a sex closet, Klum replied, “Where do you keep all your stuff?”
Bosstick’s wife and co-host Lauryn agrees, saying, “I keep my stuff. I have a section in the closet, like a drawer,” but her husband counters, “No, but you throw that stuff all over the place and people are just in the house.”

Lauryn then admits that her daughter Zaza, 4, recently found her vibrator. She recalls, “[Zaza] he says, ‘Mom, what is this?’ And I said, ‘Honey, that’s my facial massager. But, but the whole closet!”
“The thing is, yours probably looks cute and pink, you know?” replies Klum, who is married to Tom Kaulitz. “That’s the thing. So it could be a facial massager.”
Lauryn then asks what happened when Leni found her mother’s “sex closet”.
“She totally knew what it was,” Klum says. “But she was also with a friend and she filmed it and they were giggling and I was like, ‘Oh my God’.”

When Lauryn asked if the closet is “organized by moods,” the model replies, “No, it’s one mood.”
“Is it color coded? How do you organize a sex closet?” Lauryn chimes in, and Klum jokingly replies, “It’s matched by size.”
Michael then inquires about the size of the closet, and the TV personality explains: “It’s a big closet. But there are clothes and things here, you know.”
“You can have a lot of things. You can have wigs, you can have clothes, shoes, boots,” she shares. “I mean, I’ve had relationships in the past where they were sick, and I come home as a nurse and I’m like, ‘How’s my patient?’ They just made me laugh and I said, ‘That’s a really, really big red flag!'”
She adds, “Be sick and check your pulse.”
