Ivanka Trump isn’t letting her father’s legal problems get in the way of her marital happiness.
On October 25, the former senior adviser of the Trump administration (41) greeted the anniversary of her husband Jared Kushner (42), with whom she has been married for 14 years, on Instagram.
“Celebrating 14 years (!!!) of love, laughter, wild rides and endless adventures with my rock, Jared! 🥂♥️,” she wrote. “I am so grateful for this wonderful life and the family we have built together.”
A source tells PEOPLE that they are still very much in love — and also love living in Miami, where they “feel pretty free.”
“They are a solid couple,” says the source. “They’ve been through a lot over the past eight years, things that would test anyone’s relationship, but somehow they’ve come out stronger.”

Donald Trump has been in the news all year, not only as a presidential candidate, but also as a quadruple defendant facing a total of 91 criminal counts. He is currently in New York for a separate civil fraud case brought by the Attorney General.
Earlier this year, Trump was also the subject of a civil sexual assault and defamation lawsuit filed by writer E. Jean Carroll, who claimed the former president forced himself on her in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room nearly three decades ago.
However, the source claims that Ivanka and Jared have completely distanced themselves from politics and are instead concentrating on raising their three children in Miami.
“They know they still have to watch what they say and how they act, but they’re not at all interested in a life where cameras will ever follow them again,” says the source.

“Jared is spending a lot more time with his family because for the last four years it’s been something that neither of them have been able to do as much as they’ve wanted to,” a source previously told PEOPLE, adding that “Jared will say, ‘ The beautiful thing about Miami is the moment you stop working, you’re on vacation.'”
Meanwhile, Ivanka was recently a guest at Kim Kardashian’s 43rd birthday party at Funke in Los Angeles.
“Ivanka and Kim are in the distant past,” a source tells PEOPLE.
