Jennifer Aniston Shares Relatable Video as She Struggles Through Her Monday Workout: 'You Just Gotta Do It'

Jennifer Aniston pushes her morning workout.

On Monday, the 55-year-old actress posted a video on Instagram showing off her intense, functional fitness routine with her Pvolve trainer, Dani Coleman.

In the clip, Morning show the star tries to engage in hiking and balance exercises. She begins to do push-ups before falling to the ground as her trainer laughs.

“Oh my God…” Aniston said as she collapsed to the ground with a huge sigh. “You know those days when you just don’t want to do it? You just have to do it.”

She added in the caption: “If you’re having one of THOSE Mondays I FEEL YOU 🫵🏼 You just gotta do it!! ❤️💪🏼💋 @pvolve.”

In the comments section, Coleman praised Aniston for making it through the exercise, writing, “Cheers to the hardest working man! (& the funniest 🤭) 👏🏽❤️.”

Back in August, Aniston and Coleman spoke to PEOPLE about the actress’ fitness secrets as she admitted she’s “stronger than I’ve ever felt before.”

After a back injury in 2021 changed the way Aniston approached her workouts, she said she learned to be kinder to her body, explaining her updated workout philosophy.

“Our minds thought, we must wound; no pain, no gain… You can start gently with this,” the Friends the alum said then.

Coleman also told PEOPLE that Aniston “gravitates toward intense workouts, but she’s realized she doesn’t have to break her body down to see results.”

The key, she said, is efficiency. “When we train, I carefully plan each workout and focus on simple but effective movements that target each muscle group – and core work is a must!”

“Jen loves a challenge,” Coleman added, noting that when Aniston isn’t traveling, they’ll train together up to three times a week.
