Jenny from the Block is joining the “demure” movement!
Ever since TikToker Jools Lebron described how he gets ready for work in a “shy” and “careful” way, videos imitating the influencer have been popping up on social media – and Jennifer Lopez just bought into the trend.
In a video posted to her TikTok and Instagram accounts on Friday, August 16, the singer and actress, 55, showed her take on being “humble,” all while including her cocktail brand, Delola.

“You see how I do this, when I drink from a bottle? Very humble,” she says to the camera before elegantly holding up a bottle of Delolo L’Orange Spritz and taking a small sip. “Very carefully. I don’t just swallow it, I just don’t … all the way down,” he continues, gesturing as if he’s about to take a big gulp.
Instead, she says, she enjoys the drink in a way that would make Lebron — “Miss Demure” herself — proud. “Little by little,” she says to the camera. “Elegant. Swollen. Modest. Careful.”
Lebron shared her response to Lopez’s video on Saturday, August 17, on TikTok, writing, “JLO from the demure block??” via the singer’s clip.
In the video, LeBron’s mouth remains open, seemingly in shock that Lopez made a “modest” video. “I can’t lie as a blonde Puerto Rican, this shuts me up,” she wrote in the caption.
Lopez is not the only star who has recently led a “modest” lifestyle. Olivia Rodrigo, Bebe Rexha, SZA, Rumer Willis and Lizzo participated in the trend that reached the White House.
