Jenny McCarthy Reveals Romantic Gesture Donnie Wahlberg Does Every Monday That Still ‘Gives Me Butterflies’ (Exclusive)

The Masked singer the Formless Beauty host and founder, 51, says she and Donnie Wahlberg, who are celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary this year, know how to keep things romantic.

In fact, the New Kids on the Block singer still sends her flowers every week, without fail.

“Every week,” she emphasizes to PEOPLE. “He’s never missed a Monday in 10 years. He treats me like a queen.”

She adds: “He’s my everything. He still gives me butterflies. He’s the love of my life.”

And it’s not all candy boxes and roses. McCarthy says she’s also blown away by the way Wahlberg, 54, loves his family so generously.

“He loves my son Evan. He loves his kids. I love his kids. They’re like mine,” the mom tells Evan Asher, 21. (Wahlberg has sons Xavier, 31, and Elijah, 22, with ex-wife Kim Fey. )

He notes that this place of happiness was not reached overnight.

“I think we’ve both paid our dues in this life and are enjoying the benefits of everything we’ve learned along the way. We’ve both been through our trials and tribulations and learned from them so we can be happy in our bliss,” she says.

Of course, work often takes them far away, but they say it doesn’t bother them.

“I start recording Masked singer back in LA soon,” says the former Chicago model. “And it’s working Blue blood and she’s also starting her summer tour with New Kids on the Block in June, but we always make time for each other no matter what, even if it’s just flying in for a day.”

The couple first met in 2012 when they appeared in the same episode Watch what’s happening live. They started dating in 2013 and announced their engagement by April 2014. Just four months later, they got married in St. Charles, Illinois, in August 2014.

McCarthy recently appeared on Living with Kelly and Mark and noted that she and Wahlberg will renew their vows again, as they do every year.
